How to Use-
- Press the power button and a red power indicator light will illuminate to indicate the flat iron is heating up.
- Set the desired temperatures. While the iron heats, you are ready to style.
- Hold plates firmly closed with the hair section in between, sliding the iron down and off the section of hair.
- Do not hold the hair between the clamping plates for more than 2 - 5 seconds (depending on hair thickness).
- Upon completion, press and hold the power button until the light on the LED display turns off.
- Unplug the cord and allow the unit to cool down completely before storing.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

DAMAGES-Cloliva is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If for any reason you ordered but, want to get a refund you have to send an email within 24 hours to our support department, so they can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the order shipped to your address.
